Japanese law

We have recently expanded our network of experts in Japanese law. If you have an Australian or overseas project that raises a Japanese legal issue or conflict of laws issue, then please contact us (please note we are accepting only requests in English at this stage).

Research One specialises in researching Australian law and the law of other Commonwealth nations. Specific jurisdictions include:

Increasingly, disputes cross state and national borders, which means a lawyer may need to know the law of more than one jurisdiction. So, in addition to English common law countries, we can tap into our global network of experts and alliances to research other jurisdictions, including Japan and the United States.
