W e are committed to protecting against conflicts of interest.

We protect against conflicts of interest by:

• reviewing our database of projects to check for potential conflicts of interest before we accept any project
• insisting all our employees and contractors sign solicitor-approved agreements warranting that they are not aware of any conflicts of interest
• where appropriate, doing our work on a "blind" basis: the researcher on your project does not know who you are
• disclosing any potential conflict of interest to you immediately

Confidentiality

W e are committed to protecting your confidentiality.

We protect your confidentiality by:

• not disclosing your confidential information to anyone without your express permission
• insisting all our employees and contractors sign solicitor-approved confidentiality agreements
• where appropriate, doing our work on a "blind" basis: the researcher does not know who you are
• if necessary, altering the facts we give our researchers to protect your identity
• if you prefer, treating your problem as an abstract problem rather than as a problem tied to particular facts
• uploading your reports using a secure client extranet
• asking you to please ensure that you do not disclose confidential information to us inadvertently
