Project management process

WMC Method

1. Contact

Typically, we receive research requests by our online form or by e-mail. We also accept orders by phone, fax, and in person.

All research requests are acknowledged within 24 hours of our receiving it, and in most cases much sooner.

2. Connection

Once we have received your research request, your project will be assigned to a project manager. He or she will be your single point of contact and accountability. If we have worked with you before, your project will usually be assigned to the same project manager, to ensure continuity.

3. Planning

The project manager's first task will be to determine the specific issues to be researched and the product that best meets your budget and needs.

The project manager then develops a tailored work proposal and cost estimate, at no cost and with no obligation.

4. Delivery

If you accept the quote, the project manager assembles the resources for your project. This may include assigning aspects of your project to the most appropriate research specialist, research assistant, network expert, or a combination of these.

All clients receive a special email address to use for urgent enquiries. Any message sent to that address will be paged directly to one of our researchers. He or she can then respond immediately to your enquiry. The service is available 24-7, making it particularly useful for our overseas clients in different time zones.

The project manager will manage your project until the results are reviewed, edited, delivered, and approved.
