Legal research services — overview

What we do

Research One provides customised research, writing, and analysis solutions to practising lawyers, academics, and government departments using a global network of experts connected by the Internet.

We provide two types of research: legal research (and analysis and persuasive writing) and non-legal factual research relevant to litigation.

Using the latest  technology, we can be reached from anywhere and anytime, including evenings and weekends, to immediately take on assignments.

We use our own proprietary software to help our clients save time and money, make informed decisions, and win more cases.

We do not provide services directly to the public (see below). But we are committed to helping the general community in other important ways (see our community pages).

For further information, explore this site for our list of services, examples, and testimonials from our clients, and even buy some gifts for lawyers.

And do not hesitate to contact us.

What we do not do

It is important that all our visitors know:

  • We are not a law firm

  • We do not engage in legal practice

  • We do not provide services that only appropriately qualified legal practitioners (such as barristers and solicitors) can provide

  • In no circumstances do we give legal advice

  • We do not provide services directly to the general public

  • We do not help law students

  • We do not do direct marketing or telemarketing
